Stress Coaching
My Stress coaching focuses on creating coherence across all levels of the human system — body, mind, and emotions. True well-being arises when biology, thoughts, and emotional patterns are aligned and supported together.
I work with adults, children, and families, offering a personalised approach based on an individual assessment for each client.
Physical level
My work is grounded in human biology, with a strong focus on nutrition, daily lifestyle actions, and body biochemistry. A key element is supporting the body’s natural detoxification systems, particularly glutathione, one of the most powerful antioxidants the body produces, all of which lowers the stress burden on the body and helps the individual find greater well-being.
Mental & emotional level
We explore thought patterns, goals, beliefs, and subconscious dynamics that influence both behavior and physiology. I am a certified VEO Instructor, a method designed to work with the subconscious and nervous system, supporting emotional regulation and inner balance.
Families & Children
In addition to individual coaching, I offer supportive programmes for families, including families of children on the autism spectrum. These programmes use clinically informed strategies to support glutathione pathways, reduce toxic burden, and strengthen nutritional status. While not treatments for autism, they aim to support physiological regulation, cellular resilience, and overall well-being.
